OUR STORY
“Soho isn’t just a gym, it’s a lifestyle”
- Monia
SOHO began with a simple but powerful mission, to create a space where fitness goes beyond just workouts. We wanted to build a community where people feel inspired, supported, and empowered to become the strongest version of themselves, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What started as a small outdoor training group studio in the leafy kimihurura, Kigali has grown into a thriving fitness hub known for its energy, coaching, and culture. From high-intensity group classes like SOHO12 and SOHO5:2 to personalized training and now CrossFit and boxing, we continue to evolve while staying true to our core: movement, mindset, and community.

At SOHO, everyone is welcome, whether you’re just getting started or looking to break personal records. Our coaches are here to guide you, our members are here to push you, and together, we keep raising the bar.

Our values
At Soho, we don’t work out just to sweat.
We do it to feel better, push our limits, and stay aligned with ourselves.
Here are the pillars that guide everything we do:
Kindness
No judgment here. Whether you're a beginner, a regular, or a seasoned athlete, you're welcomed with respect and good vibes. We move forward together, at your own pace.

Commitment
Our coaches are passionate, present, and dedicated. You’re never left alone in a corner — we guide you, listen to you, and help you make real progress.

Simplicity & authenticity
No showing off, no unnecessary machines. Just you, your body, a great coach, and a great atmosphere. The essentials, nothing extra.

Balance
Sport is just as much about the mind as it is about the body. At Soho, we help you find your balance: move better, breathe, ground yourself, and feel free.
Community
Soho is a place to connect as much as a place to train. Here, we support each other, we talk, we laugh. We build bonds — not just muscle.
